Our Visa Debit Card not only gives you access to all SFCU ATMs in addition to ATMs in the Allpoint network. Allpoint is America's largest surcharge-free ATM network, with over 43,000 ATMs worldwide.
Order a complimentary Visa Debit Card when you open an SFCU account. Your debit card will arrive within 10 business days at the location of your convenience. If receiving your card is urgent, we can rush your order. Fees are applied to member-requested rush orders and international shipping and are subject to change.
If you did not apply for a Visa Debit Card when you opened your SFCU account, but would now like to order one, please visit the Member Services office in the Main Branch, located on 3401 Walnut Street, Suite 431A, or contact a Member Services Representative at (215) 222-2604. You may also fill out an Additional Services Form through online banking.
There is a $500 maximum withdrawal limit per business day and a $500 charge limit per business day. Charge limits can increase or decrease to fit your purchases. To raise or lower your charge limit, please contact a Member Services Representative at (215) 222-2604.
If you have lost your debit card, call (215) 222-2604 to speak to a Member Services Representative. If you believe your card is only temporarily lost and there is a chance that you will find it again, ask to have your card warmed. If your card was stolen, please call (215) 222-2604 as soon as possible to report your stolen debit card to a Member Services Representative. If it is after hours, please contact STAR at 1-800-523-4175 and use the name University of Pennsylvania Students Federal Credit Union when prompted for an institution name.
Visit our office to order a new debit card, or complete an Additional Services Form through online banking. There is a $5 fee for ordering additional or replacement cards.
